I dealt with sales representatives Lea & Manny the vehicle was purchased on 4/21/26 and delivered 4/23/26. When the vehicle arrived I immediately noticed 23” of body damage. Prior to the sale I had asked specifically for all scratches, dings or damage via pics. At no time was the 23” of body damage disclosed. They listed the vehicle as accident free. Bought a 2025 Jeep Gladiator on 10/08/2025. Explicitly declined all back end warranty and service products. Went to Edwards Nissan last week to purchase a new Sentra. Was told by finance person there was a aftermarket warranty on the Gladiator I had purchased from Edwards CDJR. Beware. When the problem I bring the vehicle in for is fixed, it's great. But too many times we need to bring it in a second time as something was missed the first time.

This companies’ customer service is horrible. I took my Dart in to have a oil leak fixed. After being in and out of the shop 3 times (all fixed under warranty) Edward’s service team told me there was another repair. The result from them stating they ran the car for 10 minutes no oil leaks, but the next morning a massive puddle of oil and an additional $660 they refused to refund. Only gave 1 star because you have to. This place is a scam, they lie cheat and steal! Had a vehicle marked at 20k give me 7K for trade in got no extra warranties or anything and papers stated amount owed but after signing they changed the price and now we owe 32k THIS IS ILLEGAL! I will never recommend them to anyone
Salesman were very helpful & courteous. Sales manager easy to work with. Detailing of new Jeep prior to delivery was awful. After a couple of attempts to re-clean it I finally just took it as is. Had a deep scratch on roof so still waiting for someone to follow up on that as I was told they would do 2 days ago.

Taz was absolutely amazing and helped me find a great deal on my Jeep Compass. They were able to get me better financing options than any other Credit Union or Bank could get me.
My only complaint is that they said they would follow up with me to get an appointment scheduled to replace my windshield, to pick up my extra set of keys, and to get the title transferrred from Iowa to Nebraksa. Sales experience was ok, our problems are with the office. We had to go back and resign paperwork that was not filled out correctly. Then when the paperwork arrived at our county they had to send it back because again, not filled out correctly. Our options are to register the vehicle in a different county or get penalized by the state for not registering on time. Second time purchasing from Edwards with two bad experiences, won’t be back.

Took one of my vehicles in for an oil change late today for an appointment tomorrow. Was greeted with a smile. About an hour later, I received a call advising our Jeep was ready for pickup. Was shocked that the work was already done especially since the appointment wasn’t until tomorrow. Hats off to this crew!

My car was recently fixed here (cosmetic only). The communication was extremely poor, and it ended up taking 3 months longer than expected. When I picked up my car, after all cosmetic work was complete, I noticed that my car sounded “off”.
